Matched to you, not picked off a chart
Jean builds color the way a colorist would. Purple lashes matched to purple hair. Reds worked into a set to bring out blue eyes. She has posted sets where the lashes pick up the exact shades in a client's hair, and she plans them with color theory, not guesswork.
Bring a photo, a hair swatch, or just a mood. The color gets built around it.
How loud is up to you
Color does not have to be a costume. There are four rough levels, and you can sit anywhere between them:
A few colored lashes mixed into a black set, which Jean calls subtle(ish). Color on the outer corners only. A full set in one or two colors. Or the whole rainbow, corner to corner.
She has also worked holographic tinsel into a set, and done red, white, and blue for the Fourth of July.
A set built from a painting
Once, Jean visited the Rahr-West Art Museum's Youth Art Series, picked a piece she loved, and put out a model call for lashes in its color palette. The set matched the artwork and, as it turned out, the model's hair.
If you have something like that in mind, a painting, an album cover, a team, say so when you book. Color can go on any style, including wispy and express sets.

Can you match lashes to my hair color?
Yes. Jean has matched sets to purple, red, and multi-color hair. Bring a photo or come in with your hair the way you wear it.
Will color lashes look over the top?
Only if you want them to. A few colored lashes mixed into a black set is subtle enough for everyday. Full rainbow is the other end. You pick the level.
Can I get color on an express set?
Yes. Jean has done express sets in color, including ones matched to hair and eye color.
